4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are project-specific and provided via written quotes.

  • After payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the agreed use of the deliverables.
  • Render-Frame LLC reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios or for marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Render-Frame LLC provides visual representations and conceptual renderings. These are not construction documents or engineering plans.
We are not responsible for:

  • Structural feasibility or code compliance of designs.
  • Decisions made based on rendered content without expert architectural/engineering review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Render-Frame LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • If work has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
  • If partial work is completed, fees will be deducted based on the time invested.
  • No refunds for completed projects.

10. Governing Law
